The Keyholder helps run the daily operations of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store, supporting sales, delivering an exceptional client experience, and safeguarding store assets. This is an elevated team role responsible for opening and closing the store and stepping up with strong decision-making and multitasking while keeping service first.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales goals by delivering an exceptional, service-focused client experience.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow operating procedures.
• Open and close the retail store.
• Resolve client issues or escalate to store management as needed.
• Share feedback with management on selling opportunities and successes.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards and safeguard store assets.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft & Apple technology; XStore and Tulip a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and be on your feet throughout shifts.

Details

• Part-time, hourly, non-exempt, in-store position.
• May require flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pay range: $17.00–$20.00/hour, based on qualifications, experience, geography, and applicable wage laws. Benefits and product discounts may be offered.
