*Eligibility for Hourly team members is based on the hours worked in the lookback period. The signing bonus structure is temporary, and Kings Dining & Entertainment reserves the right to end, alter or change the structure at any time. Bonus will be paid only after hourly and salaried employees have completed 90 days of work at a minimum of 30 hours per week.
After the open enrollment is completed, any hourly employees who complete 90 days of work at a minimum of 30 hours per week would be considered full time employees and will be offered insurance. They will receive the notification through netchex automatically. They must stay at full time hours to keep their insurance.
**Student Loan Payback benefit is for salaried employees and are eligible after one year of employment. Employee will receive $100/month after one year, $125 per month after three years and $175/month after six years.
***401K benefit is for salaried employees and are eligible after one year of employment
