Sales Associate — Lilly Pulitzer

Lilly Pulitzer is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for our Lynnfield, MA store at MarketStreet. In this role you’ll assist clients and support the store’s sales and operational needs, delivering an exceptional, service-driven experience that reflects the Lilly Pulitzer brand.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales through strong product knowledge, personalized outreach, and attentive client communication.

Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.

Uphold the store’s visual and operational standards.

Share selling opportunities and feedback with store management.

Qualifications:

Prior retail or client-service experience in fashion/retail preferred.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay on your feet during shifts.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Strong communication skills; familiarity with XStore and Tulip a plus.

Details:

Part-time, hourly, non-exempt, in-store position. Flexible hours may be required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay range: $16.25–$19.25/hour, based on experience and other factors. Benefits may include healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off, and product discounts.
