Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: MarketStreet, Lynnfield MA

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Overview

As a Sales Associate position, we’re looking for personable, motivated, and style-savvy individuals who thrive in a high-end retail environment and enjoy helping customers discover their confidence and personal style. As part of our team, you’ll work with some of the top 30 leading men’s fashion brands and play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for each customer.

Schedule

• Typical shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Full-Time or Part-Time: status is determined by the number of shifts you are available for or assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selections and confident styling advice
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing floor at all times
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Stay knowledgeable and up to date about current brand offerings, new arrivals and styles
• Replenish and maintain product inventory as needed

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest and confidence in men’s fashion and lifestyle brands
• Reliable, consistent and trustworthy
• 18 years of age or older
• Required to have transportation
