Position Summary:
As part of our Retail team, the Store Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that accurately reflects the ethos of our brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate is committed to client service, demonstrating a strong understanding of, if not passion for, the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets. Key responsibilities:
• Manages and coordinates the daily operations of the store and the daily activities of the sales staff while ensuring all are engaged in promoting and selling products while enhancing our brand image in the market.
• Ensures each client receives outstanding client service; greets and acknowledges every client and develops new client relationships.
• Ensures our clients receive superior after sales service.
• Analyzes and measures business trends; implements plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives.
• Delivers increases in individual and store KPI’s (conversion, UPT and DPT) and sales goals.
• Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Trains and coaches store staff in all aspects of the business; directs and monitors training and development for all store personnel.
• Manages the store schedule and tracks the time and attendance for each associate on the store team in WFM, our time and attendance tracking system.
• Actively recruits and networks to ensure hiring of high caliber performing team members as well as maintain an active bench strength of potential candidates.
• Manages the applicant hiring process through iCIMS, our applicant tracking system and ensures all new hires are onboarding correctly.
• Performs all actions needed for associate status changes in WFN, our Human Resources Information System.
• Merchandises store as directed by visual guidelines and ensures that all stock is well maintained and in good condition.
