What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of Oola Bowls in Lynnfield — inspire team members and customers every day
• Hire, train, and motivate a crew of rockstar slingers
• Ensure every bowl, blend, and customer experience meets our high Oola standards
• Manage schedules, inventory, and store operations like a pro
• Get creative with local marketing and community engagement
• Keep the energy high, the music on point, and the workspace fun and efficient

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in food service or retail management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for wellness, customer service, and building a strong team culture
• Reliable, organized, and cool under pressure
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced (and fruity) environment
