Château Minuty Wine Dinner

Davio’s Lynnfield is teaming up with Moët Hennessy for a five-course wine dinner.

The evening opens with a welcome pour of Château Minuty M Rosé and a spread of Duxbury oysters with basil granita, tuna tartare on a crispy pasta wafer, and truffle burrata crostini. From there, hamachi crudo with passion fruit, cucumbers, mint, and Calabrian chilies leads into sweet corn-ricotta tortelloni finished in truffle butter, then a 55-day prime aged strip steak with crispy potatoes, summer squash, and horseradish crema. Each course is paired with a hand-selected pour from Château Minuty and Joseph Phelps.

Dessert is a strawberry basil crème brûlée with meringue and macerated strawberries. Doors open at 5:30 PM, dinner begins at 6.
