Lynn Woods Boulder Bash

The Lynn Woods Boulder Bash is a community climbing competition that highlights the beauty of Lynn Woods while fundraising to maintain and improve local climbing areas, this year sponsored by Arc’teryx.

The all-day event will feature roughly 100 climbs scattered throughout Lynn Woods, with volunteers on hand to provide maps, signage, and guidance. Climbs will be clearly labeled, and landings, climbs, and topouts will be cleaned and prepped to ensure a smooth experience for participants.

At the end of the competition, all competitors and volunteers will return to basecamp for prize awards and a raffle designed to send prizes home with as many people as possible. Each competitor will also receive a Lynn Woods Boulder Bash Competitor Handbook with rules, boulder information, maps, and problem spreads.

Event Details

• $40 Entry Fee ($50 day-of)
• The majority of proceeds benefit the Western Mass Climbers Coalition, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to protecting climbing areas. A portion supports annual operating costs for the SNECC.
• The Competitor Handbook and Scoresheet (with the official problem list) will be distributed the morning of the event.
